There may be a little controversy among the SNL cast over their lack of diversity…the six new members of the cast all happen to be white. Kenan Thompson blamed it on not finding black female comedians who are ready for the show. “It’s just a tough part of the business. Like in auditions, they just never find ones that are ready,” Thompson said in an interview with TV Guide.
But we’ll see how well the usually serious actress Kerry Washington does when she steps in to host on November 2.
