Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are technically still married and Khloe may be able to make medical decision on Lamar’s behalf. The duo booth signed the divorce papers but a judge had not signed of yet.
“Khloé is still his wife and she makes all the medical decisions and she is the next of kin,” legal expert Troy Slaten told E! News. “If Lamar were to pass away, because she does not need anything from him, I doubt that she would take anything in his will or estate and she would defer everything to his children.”
Lamar’s two kids and their mother are headed to La Vegas to be by their father’s side.
