Kylie’s Lip Decision
Kylie Jenner is now known for her plump pout and sexy snapshots—– let’s face it—but the beauty mogul opened up again on why she got her lips filled. During the most recent episode of Life of Kylie, the 20-year-old reveals why she ended up getting her lips done and it was all over a boy (although she was insecure about her lips for years). This is not the first time that Kylie has talked about her insecurities surrounding her lips.
“I was 15, and I was insecure about my lips,” she said in the episode. “I have really small lips, and it was like one of my first kisses and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips.’ But I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me.” She added, “I just didn’t feel desirable or pretty.”
Insecurities are a b*tch and everyone has them! We never minded the lip fillers….but we didn’t like the denials (or rather silence) surrounding it and loved when she ‘fessed up! “I really wanted bigger lips,” Kylie said in the episode. “I would over-line my lips with lip liner just to create the illusion of bigger lips. And then finally I was like this lip liner isn’t doing it. I ended up getting my lips done.” And she did!
Side note: Kylie has Rose hair and we love it—but with Kylie it’s never too permanent and could be a wig!
