Yup, Kylie Jenner is just 16, but the youngest sister of the Kardashians was seen in a recording studio giving a tattoo to one of her friends, Miles Richie, 19 the brother of Nicole Richie. But there’s a slight problem…she is underage to be inking someone else. It all went down when tattoo artist, John Petro stopped by a Hollywood recording studio to ink Miles and Kylie…looking gleeful by the way…tattooed her friend she her initials on Richie’s right hand.
