Lady Gaga arrived at the 13th Annual 2009 ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council at Cipriani 42nd Street in NYC. At least no one can say, hey we are wearing the same thing, because Lady Gaga looks like no one else. She is the Queen on Originality or is it kookiness? LOL! Maybe both.
