LeAnn Rimes has been at her treatment facility for just under a week, but one of her close friends reveals to CeleBuzz that Rimes is ‘doing well’ in treatment and will return a ‘better person.’ “I have spoken to her a few times,” the Rimes friend said. “LeAnn is doing extremely well and very positive about the therapy she is receiving.She’ll definitely come put of this a better person.”Rimes entered the treatment facility last week over stress and anxiety.
