Lindsay Lohan has come out swinging on a new report that she has an altercation with a female at a club last week. Sources close to Lindsay say she didn’t even her house that night, so the complaint is bogus!
Lindsay Lohan is adamant — she didn’t fight with anyone inside a nightclub last Thursday night — because sources close to LiLo tell TMZ … she wasn’t even out that night.
As TMZ first reported, a woman filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, claiming Lindsay started a fight with her inside a nightclub last week.
According to our sources, Lindsay didn’t even leave the house that night. We’re told Lindsay stayed home and watched TV that night — she’s currently catching up on the Showtime show “Homeland.”
Our sources say Lindsay is particularly frustrated by this accusation … because even when she stays home and avoids trouble, it seems to find her anyway.
Update: TMZ is reporting that they spoke with 6 people who were working at the The Standard Hotel and no one saw Lindsay at the hotel!
If Lindsay Lohan really did push and shove a woman at The Standard Hotel in West Hollywood last week — it’s news to the people working there, because they never even saw her.
We have spoken with 6 people at the hotel — some of whom were working on the night in question — and none of them saw Lindsay that evening. What’s more, none of them heard even a whisper that Lindsay was in the hotel, and none heard anything about an altercation.
We broke the story … a woman claims Lindsay accosted her because she was speaking with a dude Lindsay was scoping out. The woman filed an incident report with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Dept., and detectives are looking into it.
By the looks of what we found … Lindsay is in the clear.
