Lindsay Lohan popped up back in NYC at amFAR New York Gala on Wednesday and she is excited to be back in the Big Apple. Lohan told Extra, “It’s good to be back in New York.” She was asked about her legal issues, Lohan said, “It is what it is, so we’re figuring. It’ll work itself out.” Lindsay has been staying with her mother in NY although her mother says she has an apartment in the city according to the NYDailyNews, “Well, yeah she lives at home with me, but she also has an apartment in the city.”
