Lindsay Lohan made a plea deal at the last minute and chose to do 90 days in rehab over jail, plus psychotherapy and community service. Lohan was ordered to court today in regards to charges against her for lying to police about her car crash back in June. Lohan showed up almost a hour late to her hearing pleaded no contest.
During the hearing Judge James Dabney asked her if she understood all terms and conditions, Lohan answered, “Yes, your honor.” Then he added, “A suggestion: don’t drive.” Lohan avoided a 6 month jail sentence, but the judge warned, “You violate probation and we’ll … just impose sentence and be done with it,” the judge warned.
