Former Glee star Mark Salling was arrested for possessing child porn according TMZ. LAPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force obtained a warrant for the actor and it was served on Tuesday morning. Police searched Salling’s computer and allegedly found hundreds of images.
“He was taken into custody this morning for possession of child porn,” Officer Aaron Jefferson of the Los Angeles Police Department told People. This isn’t Salling’s first issue with the law. In 2013 an ex-girlfriend claimed Salling forced her to have sex without a condom and she slapped him with a lawsuit. he denied the claim, but it was soon settled.
Update: It may have been an ex-girlfriend who tipped of the police to the child porn on the PC. Police investigated before getting a warrant. Salling allegedly has over 1000 images of kids younger than 15 and 16 years old. Tablets and cellphones were also seized. Salling has called in his lawyer.
