Miley Cyrus debuted her newest tattoo, a photo of her beloved grandmother, Loretta Finley near her wrist. The tattoo was courtesy of tattoo artist Kat Von D. Miley showed off her new in on Twitter writing, “because i am her favorite & she is mine.”
