Miley Cyrus may still be recovering from her recent hospitalization, but the pop star had time for a photo shoot with a photographer who brought his camera, a projector, lights and some delicious pancakes for his shoot all from her bed! Looks like Miley is getting better and just in time to pick up her tour next week.
