Supermodel Naomi Campbell was attacked and robbed last month while attempting to hail a cab in Paris last month according to Page Six. Campbell who seems to have been alone at the time of the attack was targeted by the muggers possibly looking to steal expensive jewelry from the British beauty. Campbell was violently knocked to the ground where she suffered a leg injury(torn ligament) and has been using a wheelchair and crutches since the attack a month ago. “It was terrifying. Naomi believes the assailant had been watching her, casing her out, and waited for a moment to strike when she was alone. She was attacked in the street as she hailed a cab, and robbed.Her leg was injured as she was violently pushed to the ground. She was understandably very upset and shaken up.”
Campbell’s billionaire boyfriend, Vladimir Doronin, flew her Vail, Colo.to be treated by J. Richard Stea an,one of the top orthopedic surgeons in the world. Doronin has also beefed up security to keep his lady safe. French police asked her not to speak publicly or to friends about the incident who are still attempting to nab the robbers. Campbell was contacted by Page Six about the incident and she replied, “I am sorry, I do not talk to press, but I am fine.”
