First there was matte lipstick and now there are matte nails. I always thought nails were supposed to be shiny, well at least most nail polishes are. But there is a new trend and its matte nail polish. The color is flat and has no shine. For this trend I have to think outside the box because my brain has been engrained with the fact that nails should be shiny. Knock Out has matte nail polish and OPI also has a few colors (beginning in July).
