Mariah Carey may be gearing up to marry James Packer, but the diva is still technically married to Nick Cannon and he’s the one still holding on. According to TMZ, Cannon has yet to sign the divorce papers and he won’t say why. The coupe called it quits in August 2014, before Nick pulled the plug and filed for divorce in December 2014 and yet they remained married. They have already settled an agreement on the custody of their twins and their property.
Mariah is ready to move on …it’s unclear why Nick hasn’t signed the papers?
