Nick Gordon looking to get wrongful death lawsuit filed by by the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown dismissed! Gordon’s lawyers say the lawsuit is  “false” and “frivolous,”according to documents obtained by ABC News.”[The original lawsuit] contains several unsupported conclusory, untrue, criminal accusations that Defendant Nicholas Gordon committed acts that he simply did not do. [The] plaintiff has not provided any evidence including but not limited to affidavits, police reports, indictments, or any other documentation to support baseless claims against Defendant Nicholas Gordon.”

Bobbi Kristina passed away in July, several months after being found unresponsive in her Atlanta home at the beginning of the year. The lawsuit claims that Gorgon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.” In addition to being abusive in the relationship. He denies all claims.
