The Nicole Scherzinger voluminous waves can be achieved in multiple ways. A few ideas… a blow out the hair straight and then pin the curls (with bobby pins or duckbill pins) and then brushing out the curl(an a little back combing on stop plus tons of hairspray to keep the volume). Another way is hot rollers and then slightly brushed out like above! I am in love with those yellow sunglasses too!
