After a whirlwind romance and unexpected meeting…actress Nikki Reed and American Idol castoff, Paul McDonald, married this weekend in a small Malubi wedding!
Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald said “I do” Sunday at a private ranch in Malibu, Calif. in front of 100 guests, Reed’s rep confirms to Us Weekly exclusively.
“We couldn’t be happier!” the 23-year-old Twilight star and former American Idol season 10 contestant, 27, tell Us. “[We were] surrounded by our family and friends. We’re so glad this day has come!”
Reed and McDonald confirmed their engagement to Us in June after just two months of dating.
The couple first met at the premiere of Little Red Riding Hood in March. “You’re amazing,” she told him. “I’m blushing! I should go.”
Soon after meeting Paul moved in with Nikki and now the two are married…talk about a fast relationship! They only met in March!
