Oprah Reveals 40 Pound Weight Loss In New Weight Watchers Commercial!

Oprah is 40 pounds lighter—all from the help of Weight Watchers ( an a lot of will power). The TV mogul is not only a spokesperson for the brand, but she also owns 10 percent shares in the weight loss company. And she says she’s never been deprived of the food she loves.   “Since I’ve started Weight Watchers, I’ve lost over 40 lbs. I can honestly tell you, I struggle no more,” and she added, “I’ve eaten everything I love. Tacos, pasta… I’ve never felt deprived.”

Sounds good to me. “Weight Watchers is easier than any other program I’ve ever been on,” Oprah said in a press release via People. “It’s a lifestyle, a way of eating and a way of living that’s so freeing.  You never feel like you are on a diet and it works.”

And she has a new Weight Watcher’s friendly cookbook,  Food, Health and Happiness, out on Jan. 3 coming out early next year.
