Meadow Walker, the late Paul Walkers daughter has slapped car manufacturer, Porsche with a lawsuit claiming faulty equipment. According to the lawsuit, Paul was burned alive in the car accident that claimed his life and the life of friend Roger Rodas. The suit says the car broke apart on impact, the seat belt then “snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” and trapping him in the car.

The car didn’t engulf into flames until over a minute after the crash. Walker was allegedly still alive and he “breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.” Police say the cause of the crash was speed, between 80 to 93 MPH, while the says they were going a more conservative, 63 and 71 MPH.

The suit adds the car shouldn’t have proper spun out of control if it had a proper stabilization system. They claim Porsche intentionally decided not to install PSMs in the Carrera GT.Meadow’s lawyer, Jeff Milam, tells TMZ, “The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas.”
