Mr. Robot star (and Emmy winner) Rami Malek landed a huge role—as the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in the new biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody. Director Bryan Singer dropped the news on Instagram announcing Malek in the coveted role.

The movie is finally back on track after a few bumps in the road like script changes and Sacha Baron Cohen dropping out over disagreements with Queen on how he should portray Freddie.”There are amazing stories about Freddie Mercury,” Cohen told The Howard Stern Show earlier this year. “The guy was wild. I mean he was living an extreme lifestyle. There are stories of… little people with plates with cocaine on their heads walking around a party.” But Queen wanted a cleaner version of Freddie’s life story and how Queen continued without their frontman. “At the end of the day it really was an artistic difference,” Cohen said.

Which would you have prefered Sacha or Rami?
