Ok…this may seem strange that after all these years we would come to find out now that Jacqueline Laurita from The Real Housewives of New Jersey was once a stripper in Vegas…wouldn’t that info have come out already? Probably! But it didn’t until now! So here is the story according to HollywoodLife,
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita has a past that she has been trying hard to keep hidden from the world. Sources reveal that Jacqueline used to work as an exotic dancer in Las Vegas, Nev. before she met her husband Chris Laurita!
“She has confirmed her stripper past to multiple friends who are covering up for her,†a source tells In Touch magazine. “She is telling everyone to deny it!â€
But Jacqueline danced because she needed the money. “At the time, she was a single mom who needed to dance at a club in order to pay her bills,†explains another insider.
According to the insider, Jacqueline actually met her husband Chris at the club!
Her secret is one of the main reasons she didn’t show up for the RHONJ reunion. “She feared that Danielle Staub would make a surprise appearance and tell all about Jacqueline’s stripping past,†shares a source. “She didn’t want to face the truth!â€
Jacqueline is also trying to hide the fact that Chris’ company, Signature Apparel Group, is dealing with major debts. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2009 and owed about $25 million.
“She doesn’t want any of this coming out,†says the insider.
