Rihanna is seeking a permanent restraining order against a stalker, Robert Melanson who was found on top of her roof (with property plans )a few weeks back! A judge has ordered Melanson to stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, her home and her place of business, but she is scared for her safety because he has a criminal past and is unstable. Melanson was placed a psychiatric hold, but released a few days later. Rihanna is seeking to make the restraining order permanent in July 10.
