Robin Williams’ children and his wife Susan Schneider are currently engaged in a dispute over the late actor’s estate. Both parties are want to settle out of court. According to Schneider’s attorney Jim Wagstaffe his client wants to keep her wedding presents, the tuxedo Williams wore at their wedding, and photographs from his 60th birthday. She believes all the items from their Tiburon home belong to her and says that after Williams death items were removed from the home.Schneider also thinks the his children, Zachary, Zelda and Cody Williams should only get items from Williams Napa home according to court documents. Williams’ kids disagree and say that their father left them his memorabilia, industry awards and other particular personal items per his trust and they feel some of those things are at the Tiburon home. The court documents say that the children are upset over the dispute and say Schneider has “acted against his wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate.”
Williams committed suicide in August 2014 after battling years of depression and a new diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
I still can’t believe he’s gone!
