Remember when Selena Gomez had a rebound with Zedd during the making of their song, “I Want You To Know” and then just a few weeks ago Diplo claimed that relationship was fake—well Selena says she did have a ‘thing’ with Zedd. While talking to New Zealand radio show, “The Edge Afternoons with Guy, Sharyn and Clint.”
Originally Diplo said slammed Zedd being pushed as an EDM artists and said his relationship with Selena was fake for the label. “Now he’s pegged as a money-maker for a major label to do EDM, which to me isn’t even a genre. They’ve pegged him for that. They’ve marketed him, even the fake relationship with Selena Gomez.”
Selena says she spoke with Diplo and he said he joke, but she added she did have a ‘thing’ with Zedd. “He said that was a joke. He said that was a joke, because I talked to him, he said it was a joke. Because genuinely, first off it’s very interesting that Diplo would think he knew about my personal life, but he doesn’t.” She added, “I adore Anton [Zedd] a lot and I definitely had a thing with him, which was nice.”
