Shia LaBeouf is back at it! LaBeouf was arrested after attending the Broadway show “Cabaret” Thursday night according to ABCNews. The actor was allegedly smoking inside the theater and being disruptive and asked to leave. When he refused and then threatened the officers and people on the sidewalk he was arrested. He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing. According to Page Six, officers had to place a face mask on LaBeouf for excessive spitting when police refused to take off his handcuffs at the precinct!
