Lindsay Lohan was recently in a minor club fight this week, but it looks like her old alleged fight from April 5th might come back to haunt her because a new video shows she may have been there. So two fights in the same month, that’s surely staying out of trouble.

A woman is claiming that Lohan started a confrontation and threw a drink on her at West Hollywood’s Standard hotel late Wednesday night—the same hotel where another woman accused Lohan of shoving her two weeks ago.
For starters, Lohan’s rep denied she was even out the night of alleged altercation No. 1—but security footage reportedly showed otherwise. So, what do the police think?
The West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department’s Detective Bureau tells E! News that the April 5 allegations (the complaint was filed April 7) against Lohan constitute an “open and active case” and they cannot discuss the details.
“We are looking into everything,” a spokesman said. He would not confirm that they are in possession of any surveillance video.
Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, said two weeks ago that the accusations were an “enormous hoax.”
“If it’s proven that this woman filed a false police report, it’s a crime,” he said, “and we will absolutely seek prosecution. Lindsay’s attorneys are involved in this as well as her entire team. We’re not tolerating this anymore. It’s going to stop and it’s going to stop now.”
Meanwhile, a different woman is claiming, according to TMZ, that Lohan was with her dad at the Standard’s Smoke and Mirrors club again Wednesday night. Per the woman’s account, Lohan accused her of bumping into her and then—when she skeptically inquired about Lohan clubbing with her father—threw a drink in her face.
Michael Lohan later told TMZ that his daughter didn’t invite trouble and that she was the one who got the drink thrown in her face.
