Suge Knight’s lawyer, David Kenner claims he was ambushed the day he fatally ran over one of his friends in a parking lot, and injured another. In a newly obtained video from the incident, Kenner suggests his client was ambushed, although he did not specify why according to USAToday. He will use the video to defend his Knight on murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges.
According to TMZ, the video shows another man, Cle “Bone” Sloan holding a gun and pointing it at Suge. There is also another man allegedly hold a gun, sources tell TMZ. Then Knight runs over Carter and Sloan and some walks over to the men and takes the gun. Sources claim that Carter may have been part of the ambush.
Knight allegedly ran over his friend Terry Carter, killing him after a dispute. Knight has pleaded not guiltym was hospitalized and now remains in jail (with no bail since he’s considered a flight risk).
