Some people get a little too handsy. Taylor Swift is counter suing a Denver radio host who allegedly groped the pop star and then claimed he was blamed for the incident and was fired —but says it was someone else.
David Mueller sued Taylor back in September after he says he was wrongly fired by from his job at KYGO radio. Mueller was accused by Swift’s security guards of grabbing Swifts butt during a meet and greet backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013. Mueller denies this happened, but was fired.
Now Taylor is counter-suing and her lawyers say she knows exactly who touched her.“Mueller’s newfound claim that he is the ‘wrong guy’ and, therefore, his termination from KYGO was unjustified, is specious. Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault — it was Mueller. Resolution of this counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.”
