‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ stars Teresa and Joe Giudice headed to were both released on $500,000 bail after leaving federal court today. Both were indicted on 39 criminal charges just yesterday for tax evasion and fraud and face up to 30 years in prison. Teresa’s attorney, Henry Klingman told E! News that “it’s been a difficult few days, but she’s been resolute. She’s tending to her kids and dealing with this like a grownup.” Teresa and Joe have separate attorney’s which is not unusual. “Even if people are on the same page like a husband and wife, they could theoretically go in different directions at some point in the future.”
