Tyra Banks reality show America’s Next Top Model is living up to its name. Nicole Fox, who won the competition in 2009, has been hired by Alexander McQueen to front his spring/summer 2011 collection. She’s the first winner to land an international campaign and is scheduled to appear on the runway during New York fashion week. “It seems Tyra’s risk is paying off,” says Nicole.
I remember this being one of the craziest seasons with that stampede in NY. For the shorter girls it was a once in a lifetime experience because this industry is all about tall, thin girls. Well its seems that the short girl got a huge gig and plus size models are more in demand…way to break open the industry!
I always loved Nicole!
