VH1 Star Ahmad ‘Real’ Givens Dies at 33 From Cancer

Ahmed Givens, The star of VH1’s “Real Chance of Love” has died at the age of 33 of cancer according to TMZ. The reality star’s brother Chance, also from Real Chance of Love, revealed the new of his passing on Instagram,”By to my favorite guy in this whole world be in peace we love you forever bro I’ll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God’s kindom forever and ever bro words can’t describe my pain world pray for me!”

Real was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013, but things were looking up after undergoing surgery, but the cancer returned in 2014 and began chemo. BUt he took a fall in January and had been bedridden ever since. On Friday his vision and speech began impaired leading his family to believe that it would soon be his time to go. He died a few hours later.

So Sad! Real is survived by his wife, Racquel Givens, and their son, two more brothers, his mother and his grandmother.
