Barbara Walters may have paved the way for woman journalists but the 84-year-old is finally retiring at least from The View. She bid farewell to the long running ABC TV show, the only original member of the cast left on Friday among all former View co-hosts and a few famous friends like Hilary Clinton, Oprah and Michael Douglas.
So what will the TV veteran do now…nothing! “I’m looking forward to not having a schedule. I’ve always had a schedule. I’m not sure I’d know what it would be like.”
Maybe sleep in later…
