Katy Perry Roared (and ‘Rised’) at the Democratic National Convention, but before she took on her hit song she gave an empowering speech, which she got a little help from her boyfriend, Orlando Bloom. On yea and she calls Orlando…’lando.’ Katy addressed the crowd with some wise words—“I don’t have a formal education, but I do have an open mind and I have a voice. So I’m asking you to have an open mind and to use your voice.” But she also has a funny side, “Because on November 8, you’ll be just as powerful as an NRA lobbyist. You’ll have as much say as any billionaire. Or, you can just cancel out your weird cousin’s vote if you like.”
