What’s This New Geode Hair Trend Everyone Is Talking About?

Geode hair—-WTF is that?! Well technically is an ombre or balayage hair color—basically its not an all over color—and its not with a typical color. Instead your colorist will get inspiration from geode rocks—you know those colorful vibrant jewel blue or purple crystals that are grown organically in sedimentary and volcanic rocks. The hair trend usually starts with a darker root and will transition to bold color and will transition to another jewel toned color.

This looks to be the the new trend on Instagram and for spring in general.The geode trend can also be a pop of color hidden in the lower layers of your hair.
