The hit-and-run charges against Chris Brown have been dropped even though prosecutors still wanted the pop star to be punished. The other person involve din the accident actually wanted the case dropped and no money exchanged since the damage was minor, but the L.A. City Attorney objected stating that the female victim was called a bitch during their car incident according to TMZ. The City Attorney also added that Chris was on probation and he left the scene of the crime without providing a California license, but there was photographic evidence that he stayed and even spoke with the victim. The judge dismissed the case. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos told TMZ, “The case never should have been filed in the first place. It’s unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he’s done.”
