Scott Disick caused quite a stir when he posted a photo of Kourtney Kardashian’s belly sparking pregnancy rumors. The photo in question shows Kourtney lifting up her shirt to show her bare belly and no baby bump but hey you never know. Scott wrote, “Looks like an angel.” What does it all mean?!
