Amy Schumer had a lot to say after Glamour Magazine implied that she was plus-size in their plus-size issue. Amy slammed the magazine for not only not asking beforehand to include her in the mag, but to call her plus-size when she says that’s incorrect since her size fluctuates between an 6 and a 8. “For those of you who don’t know who I am, I’m a famous plus-size model,” she told the audience at the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“I love Glamour magazine, honestly. They’ve been so nice to me. They’ve done so many great things for women. But what I learned is people really don’t like being categorized by ‘plus-size.’ We don’t need these labels. We don’t need them. It should just say what size you are, right? Why?”
I get it—Amy isn’t plus-size—-but she really didn’t like the label!
