Anthony Mackie was arrested Saturday morning for drunk driving. The actor seen in “8 Mile” and “Hurt Locker” was driving in NYC when he was pulled over for his dark tinted windows according to TMZ. When police approached the driver’s side of the car they noticed Mackie had bloodshot, watery eyes and could smelled alcohol in the car. Mackie failed a few field sobriety test and was the arrested. He was take to a local police station where he refused a blood-alcohol test and therefore will have his license automatically suspended.
