When my skin is dry I usually reach for my skin cream but by the end of the day I am dry and itchy again (winter is not my friend). The other day I realized that I should just return to one of my old favorites…regular ol’ Johnson’s Baby Oil, it’s not just for babies anymore. I like that it makes a barrier on my skin and keeps it hydrated longer than lotion does. It also gives my skin a soft sheen. Plus, it’s cheap (between $3-5). I like the new oil gels since they are not as liquidy. I always apply right after showering so it really locks in the moisture, but it’s good whenever you need it. And remember don’t apply while still in the shower…you don’t want to fall and break something.
