Britney Spears has finally settled a lawsuit with her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores who claims she sexually harassed him during his very short stint as her bodyguard. The amount is unknown!

Britney Spears has settled a lawsuit filed by Fernando Flores, a bodyguard who worked for her for a very short time — a bodyguard who claimed Britney was a sex-crazed maniac who came on to him and flashed him.

Sources close to Britney say the lawsuit is total B.S. — he worked for her for about a minute.

Nonetheless … Britney decided to end the lawsuit after going before a private mediator … and it’s officially case closed.

As for whether Britney paid Flores any loot … no one is talking. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Britney has allegedly postponed her wedding until her lawsuit with Sam Lutfi.

“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “She could get married under the conservatorship, but the judge would have to sign off on it. If that were to happen, lawyers repping Lutfi would absolutely go into court and argue that if Britney were able to get married, she should be able to be deposed. There is no way Team Spears is going to let that happen.”

“The wedding will most likely be a very low key affair, and could take place in Britney’s hometown in Louisiana, at her mansion in Kentwood,” the source says. “Jason is fully embracing having the wedding in Louisiana. Britney has hired a wedding planner and is letting the pro handle all the details. Unless a settlement is reached with Lutfi before the trial date, the wedding will take place after the lawsuit is resolved. Britney and Jason aren’t in a rush to get married, they are enjoying being engaged….Britney already feels like she is married to him, and trusts him.”
