Playboy has released the cover of Karina Smirnoff’s Playboy cover ( May 2011) via People. She looks HAWT!! Karina is one of my favorite Dancing with the Stars professional dancers! There are 10 pics of the Dancing babe in a dancing theme pictorial!!
