Debra Messing is joining the remake of TV remake of Dirty Dancing. She will play Marjorie Houseman, Baby’s mother. Scream Queens’ Abigail Breslin has already been cast as Baby!
And in other remake news. Adam Lambert is joining The Rocky Horror reboot on Fox. He will play Eddie. “I grew up watching Rocky Horror, but could never imagine that I would be part of this new vision. Rocky Horror always made me feel like it was okay to celebrate my weirdness. Hallelujah, bless my soul! I love that old time rock-n-roll!” And guess what Tim Curry is coming back as the Criminologist Narrator in FOX’s two-hour special. How cool!
