Demi Lovato has some hard core fans, one girl even jumped on stage and was able to wrap her arms around the petite singer. Demi had just allowed some fans to get closer to the stage at last night’s Paraguay concert, since she was not feeling well and one girl popped on stage and wrapped her arms around Demi and her security had to peel the girl off her and she ran off stage.  When she returned she told the audience they need to ‘chill out’…in a nice way!
