Well it could be KP or Keratosis Pilaris! It’s usually seen as red, bumpy skin on the backs of your arms and legs. Its hard especially for people  during the summer when they are most exposed and vulnerable to feel confident when they have something like KP. to I have it and I use AmLactin to treat it and it really helps.
