I have been thinking about exercise lately, especially since I haven’t gone to the gym in like a month. I get lazy, but I don’t want to wait until the beginning of the year to really start. I want to be able to exercise even when I can’t get to the gym. I have watched a few of The Biggest Loser episodes and that’s where I came across Jillian Michaels. So a few months ago I purchased her workout DVD, 30 Day Shred ($7.49 at Amazon.com). I used it for a month and it felt great (you know it’s tiring so you feel like its working). It’s a great DVD because it’s like 3 in 1. There are three levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. All levels get your heart pumping. I am almost intimidated by this DVD because it really gets your heart working and you are huffing and puffing by the end of the DVD. It’s a great DVD if you are serious about working and all you really need is some hand weights and a floor mat. The DVD is only 28 minutes, but be prepared to sweat through all those minutes.
I have been considering buy a DVD from Tracy Anderson, the trainer behind Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow. Have you seen Gwyneth lately, she was always beautiful but now she looks amazing and so does Madonna. I plan on buying her DVD, The Tracy Anderson Method Presents Mat Workout DVD and she has a dance DVD, Tracy Anderson Method Presents Dance Cardio Workout DVD. The price of the DVD is $29.99 at Amazon.com…a little expensive. I will wait until the price drops before purchasing. But I am really considering buying this DVD.
