Halle Berry is heading to the small screen for a new CBS thriller next year, presumably after her baby is born. Berry will star in “Extant,” a 13-episode thriller. She will play an astronaut trying to connect with her family after she returns from a year long stint in outer space and her experiences will ultimately change history! The series will be helmed in part with Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television.
