Jay Leno was not joking when he said he took a pay cut for The Tonight Show, a 50% pay cut to be exact according to NBC entertainment chief Robert Greenblatt. Greenblatt told the Wall Street Journal, “All we did was bring it back down to pre-prime time levels..” Leno may be making $15million now that NBC laid off 20 workers from his staff and reduced budget by 20 percent, Greenblatt added.
