Jennifer Aniston is the latest LA-based star to orbit New York. Our spies spotted the actress — clad in a navy blue, gold-buttoned peacoat and jeans — touring a stunning $8.75 million penthouse at 552 LaGuardia Place in the Village.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom triplex, which found no takers at its 2007 asking price of $14.5 million and its 2009 asking price of $9.995 million, just went back on the market this month.
The penthouse — fit for a star — comes with a landscaped roof garden, a metal staircase and lots of skylights. There’s also a double-height living room with 17-plus-foot ceilings, along with a woodburning fireplace, original steel beams and huge windows. There’s high-tech sound and lighting throughout. Listing broker Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens had no comment.
