Jennifer Aniston went for a drastic haircut this week and she loves it…although it did seem she had to get used to it. Us Magazine spoke with Jennifer’s colorist, Michael Canale after her stylist, Chris McMillan did the big chop.”[McMillan] cut it short with an a-line back to it so it’s got the drop front, like Victoria Beckham but not so exaggerated. We did it all natural. We didn’t use any toners on it. We just left it baby blonde, and I took a lot of the yellow out of the top section, then we re-blended the side. [He] did the new look about two days ago and I did the new color about a week or a week and a half ago. And then we reemphasized the haircut,” Canale said.
Canale explained the cut leaves no room for a ponytail.”You can’t pony it because there’s no back section to it. You’d be using more of a barrette or a comb accessory or something like that. It’s basically a part highlight so it’s a heavy highlighting through the part, less highlights when you move toward the back section,” he added. “Instead of just those two big streaks in front, it moves from dark to lighter” for a “blonder front.” He added Jennifer’s loved her new style…? “[She said] ‘I love it,’. You outdid yourself.'”
